Launch Your Real Estate Career with Confidence. Our next South Carolina Real Estate Licensing day class will start on May 6th . The day class starting on May 6th may be taken IN PERSON, online via live stream, or a combination of In Person and Online! Online classes will be taught via live stream. You will have an instructor and will be able to ask questions during class. You may take the online classes from anywhere to obtain your Statewide Real Estate License as long as you have a device and an Internet Connection. The Unit I & Unit II classes are both required to obtain a South Carolina Real Estate License. Unit I Book Information: Online Unit I students may opt to have your book mailed directly to you for $20 or come to the drive-by book pick-up. In person students will receive their book on the first day of class. A Registration Confirmation email with more details will be sent to you after you register. CAREER STARTER PACKAGE DISCOUNT, You will receive a discount if you register for Unit I & Unit II at the same time. The reduced rate for registering for Unit I & Unit II at the same time is only offered at the time of registration and may not be claimed at a later date. You may select this price option when registering online on the registration form or you may call our office to register. If you see a class below that you want to register for but have a prior engagement during the course dates, please reach out to us to discuss.
